On 25 and 26 April, EUROCONTROL will be present together with EUROCAE at the Aviation Electronics Europe Exhibition and Conference in Munich to present the latest developments in aviation standards and how both organisations ensure standardisation coordination at European level.
Over the two days, EUROCONTROL experts will be addressing topics covering Future Avionic & Airspace Mandates and Operational requirements, as well as Surveillance Progress, Opportunities and Challenges.
Mariann Hintz will chair the session on Future Avionics Mandates – the bridge between cockpit and ATM programmes;
Franca Pavlicevic will deliver a presentation on "CNS from an ATM Operational Requirements Perspective" and in day 2;
Johan Martensson will presentSurveillance Progress, Opportunities and Challenges during the"Surveillance – ACAS, Space Based, Flight Tracking" session.
Visitors will have a unique opportunity to understand both organisations’ roles in providing a broader view of the operational context in which avionics are evolving, and how EUROCONTROL stays at the forefront of developments through cooperation with other Standards Development Organisation and participation in technical groups.
